Who we are

Huck is a service offered by Almanac Labs Inc. (“Almanac,” “Huck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information collected through withhuck.com, Huck waitlists, marketing activities, and Huck product communications.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the site or communicate with Huck, and information received from services you choose to connect.

• Contact and business information, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, title, location, services, and business goals.
• Communications, including messages, form submissions, feedback, support requests, and the content you send to Huck.
• Connected-service information, when you authorize access to advertising, analytics, calling, website, local listing, review, CRM, or other business accounts.
• Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, browser, device, IP address, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and advertising attribution parameters.
• Transaction information, if you purchase a service. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Huck.

How we use information

We may use customer feedback to improve Huck’s prompts, evaluation rules, and workflows. We do not use customer data to train large language models.

• Provide, operate, personalize, support, and improve Huck and Huck Pro.
• Respond to requests, prepare growth plans, onboard customers, and communicate about service activity.
• Operate authorized marketing workflows and connected business accounts.
• Measure site performance, attribute campaigns, understand demand, and improve our marketing.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
• Send marketing communications where permitted. You can opt out of marketing email or text messages at any time.

How we share information

We may share personal information with the following recipients for the purposes described above.

• Service providers that support communications, analytics, AI functionality, data enrichment, and infrastructure. Our current providers are listed on the Service Providers page.
• Connected platforms when you direct Huck to work with a third-party business account or service.
• Advertising and analytics partners that help measure campaigns and site activity, subject to applicable law and your available choices.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction counterparties when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, enforcement, financing, reorganization, or a business transfer.
• Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

The Huck website uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, and may use PostHog when configured, to measure page views, form activity, campaign performance, and advertising attribution. Advertising identifiers such as gclid and fbclid, referral data, and UTM parameters may be stored with a lead submission.

Huck does not separately upload customer account content or connected-account data to analytics or advertising platforms for retargeting or audience creation unless you direct Huck to do so.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics technologies may affect measurement.

Email and text communications

If you request a growth plan or join a waitlist, we may contact you using the information you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop marketing text messages. Reply HELP or email support@withhuck.com for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. We may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary to provide a requested service or respond to you.

Retention and security

We retain leads, conversations, and connected-account data while your account remains active. When you delete your account, we delete or deidentify that information, subject to limited retention in backups and where needed for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement. If you do not have an account, you may request deletion by emailing support@withhuck.com.

We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to withdraw consent.

To make a privacy request, email support@withhuck.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children, international transfers, and changes

Huck is designed for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We are headquartered in the United States and may process information in countries with different data-protection laws.

We may update this notice as Huck evolves. We will post the updated date and provide any additional notice required by law.
