Product Terms
The terms for using Huck and Huck Pro, including AI-assisted work, connected accounts, payment, and cancellation.
Effective September 15, 2026
Agreement and provider
Huck is a service offered by Almanac Labs Inc. (“Almanac,” “Huck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Product Terms apply to your access to withhuck.com, Huck, and Huck Pro.
By completing a purchase, submitting an order, or accessing or using Huck, you agree to these Product Terms and the Huck Privacy Notice. An applicable order form controls if it expressly conflicts with these Product Terms.
Eligibility and business use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. If you use Huck for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Huck is offered for business use.
The Huck service
Huck helps businesses understand marketing activity, identify opportunities, approve work, coordinate execution, and review results through conversational and connected workflows. Huck Pro adds human guidance and review. Available functions, channels, integrations, and service levels depend on your plan and may change as the service evolves.
Huck may provide recommendations or generate work using artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing and approving work and for the decisions you make using the service. Huck does not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, advertising performance, or other business outcomes.
We may use customer feedback to improve Huck’s prompts, evaluation rules, and workflows. We do not use customer data to train large language models.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information.
- Maintain the security of your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
- Use Huck only for lawful business purposes and comply with advertising, communications, privacy, intellectual-property, and industry rules that apply to your business.
- Obtain any permissions and consents needed for information, audiences, accounts, and content you provide or ask Huck to use.
- Review proposed work and outputs before approval or publication when review is available or required.
Content and connected accounts
You retain your rights in content and business information you provide. You grant Almanac the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and use that material to provide, secure, support, and improve Huck.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Huck to access and act through that account within the permissions you grant and the work you approve. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining valid access and for platform fees, advertising spend, and other third-party charges unless your order states otherwise.
Plans, payment, and cancellation
Pricing, included services, usage limits, advertising budgets, third-party fees, subscription length, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown at purchase or in an applicable order form. Completing a purchase signals your acceptance of the terms presented with that purchase. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically as described at purchase.
Huck Pro’s standard website offer may be described as month-to-month with cancellation available at any time. If you choose a discounted fixed term or sign an order form, that agreement controls for that purchase.
Communications
You agree that we may send service communications related to your account, requests, approvals, work, and security. Marketing email and text messages are subject to the consent and opt-out choices presented when you provide your contact information. Message and data rates may apply.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Huck, interfere with the service, bypass limits or access controls, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt to discover source code except where the law expressly permits. You must also follow the policies of platforms you connect to Huck.
Availability and changes
Huck is evolving. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or service availability. Third-party services and AI providers may affect performance or availability. Any commitments in a signed order form control over general website descriptions.
Disclaimers, liability, and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huck is provided “as is” and “as available.” Almanac disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Huck will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular marketing or business result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almanac will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Almanac’s total liability arising from Huck will not exceed the amount you paid for Huck during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
California law governs these Product Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, and you and Almanac consent to those courts. Nothing in these Product Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Product Terms as Huck evolves. We will post the updated date and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@withhuck.com or mailed to Almanac Labs Inc., 2261 Market Street #4354, San Francisco, CA 94114.
