On September 3, 2026, Salesforce launched new Core, Advanced and Max editions at $195, $395 and $550 a user a month, and said existing customers’ pricing on legacy editions stays the same. The last general increase was an average of 6% on Enterprise and Unlimited from August 1, 2025. Under Salesforce’s standard agreement, subscriptions renew for a year unless you give written notice, email included, at least 30 days before the term ends, and you can’t cut licenses mid-term. So decide on licenses and edition before that deadline.

Make your changes before the 30-day notice deadline.
Salesforce’s Main Services Agreement, last updated September 1, 2026, says fees are non-refundable and license quantities can’t be decreased during a subscription term. Subscriptions renew for another year unless either side gives written notice, and email counts, at least 30 days before the term ends. Changes have to land at renewal, so the notice date is your real deadline.
- Find your term end date. Check your Order Form or renewal email. Count back 30 days for the notice deadline.
- Count the licenses you actually use. List who logs in and what edition each person needs before you ask for a renewal quote.
- Ask for the renewal quote in writing. Ask for the per-license price, the edition and the term, and whether any promotional price ends at this renewal.
- Compare it with Salesforce’s list prices. Check the quote against Salesforce’s pricing page, including the smaller Starter and Pro suites if you don’t need a full edition.
- Send written notice before the deadline. If you want fewer licenses, a different edition or no renewal, email Salesforce at least 30 days before the term ends and keep the confirmation.
If you are on a legacy edition such as Enterprise or Unlimited, Salesforce says your existing pricing stays unchanged. Moving to a new edition is a choice, not a requirement.

Salesforce’s September 3, 2026 announcement introduced new editions that bundle Slack, Tableau Next, the Premier Success Plan and AI credits. It said Max keeps the same price as the Agentforce 1 Edition, Core and Advanced get new pricing, and existing customer pricing on legacy editions remains unchanged.
Salesforce’s June 17, 2025 announcement raised list prices for Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and select Industries Clouds by an average of 6% from August 1, 2025, with no planned changes for Foundations, Starter or Pro.
| Sales Cloud plan | List price, a user a month | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Starter Suite | $25 | Monthly or annually |
| Pro Suite | $100 | Annually |
| Core (new, September 2026) | $195 | Annually |
| Advanced (new, September 2026) | $395 | Annually |
| Max (same price as Agentforce 1) | $550 | Annually |
Cutting licenses can reset your discount.
Salesforce’s agreement says that any renewal where the number of subscriptions or the term length goes down is repriced without regard to the prior term’s per-unit price. So dropping licenses can bring a higher price per license. Ask for the new per-license price in writing before you send the notice.
Promotional or one-time prices renew at Salesforce’s list price at the time of renewal, unless your Order Form says otherwise. A smaller suite or edition may also drop features your team relies on, so check what each person uses before you downgrade.

Huck tracks the deadline and checks the quote.
Huck finds your Salesforce Order Form, invoices and renewal emails in Gmail, works out the notice deadline, and texts you before it passes. It compares what you pay per license with Salesforce’s published prices and names the source.
When you say yes, Huck emails Salesforce for a written renewal quote or sends your notice to change or not renew, then checks the next invoice. You decide licenses and editions. Huck doesn’t negotiate by phone and can’t promise Salesforce will lower the price.
