The short answer

Microsoft 365 raised Business Basic with Teams from $6 to $7 and Business Standard with Teams from $12.50 to $14 per user a month from July 1, 2026, at each customer’s next renewal; the versions without Teams rose by the same dollar amounts. Intuit raised QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus and Advanced for renewals on or after August 1, 2026, now listed at $85, $140 and $340 a month. Salesforce’s new 2026 editions left existing customers’ pricing unchanged, and Zoom has published no 2026 increase.

Vendor-confirmed business price increases in 2026.

Each row is a list price the vendor published itself, before and after the change, with the percentage the vendor gave or, where it gave none, the change worked out from its two prices. Atlassian’s monthly figures are for the 1 to 100 user tier. Microsoft’s rows are its published list prices for each plan with or without Teams; if you pay month to month or buy through a reseller, check your invoice against your own plan and term.

Intuit names the plans that changed and the date, and lists today’s prices, but its announcement does not give the old prices, so we don’t either. QuickBooks prices are per plan a month, before Intuit’s current promotion.

Most existing customers meet the new price at renewal.

Microsoft says existing customers stay on current pricing until renewal, so a business on an annual term that renewed in June 2026 pays the old price until June 2027.

Atlassian applies the new price to any monthly bill on or after October 13, 2026 PT, and to annual subscriptions at renewal. It honors quotes made before that date until the quote expires.

Intuit applies the QuickBooks change to renewals on or after August 1, 2026; the exact date depends on the subscription. Recent subscribers keep their price until their seventh invoice, and a promotional price runs until the promotion ends.

Four ways to pay less before the higher price lands.

The vendors themselves name most of these. Do them before the renewal date, because seat cuts and plan changes on annual terms usually only take effect then.

  1. Count active users and remove the rest. Atlassian says deactivated users stop counting toward the monthly bill. Microsoft 365 bills per user too.
  2. Check whether a lower plan covers what you use. Microsoft 365 Business Premium did not go up in 2026, so compare it with Standard plus any add-ons you pay for separately.
  3. Compare annual and monthly billing. Atlassian says moving to annual can save up to two months a year depending on users.
  4. Decide before the renewal notice deadline. Read your term’s notice period on the vendor guide below so a cut isn’t locked out for another year.

Vendors we checked that have not confirmed a 2026 increase.

Salesforce launched new Core, Advanced and Max editions on September 3, 2026, at $195, $395 and $550 a user a month, and said existing customers’ pricing on legacy editions stays the same.

Zoom’s pricing page lists Workplace Pro at $14.16 a user a month billed annually on October 27, 2026, but Zoom has published no notice of a 2026 change or an old price, so it isn’t in the table. Reports elsewhere of a Zoom increase are not vendor-confirmed.

Vendor pages only, US list prices, refreshed monthly.

Every number comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, price-change notice or FAQ, read on the date shown in the sources. We use US list prices in US dollars, before promotions, taxes and reseller pricing. We don’t use third-party trackers, survey data or anything from Huck customers’ accounts. This is not an index of all software: it covers the vendors Huck has written guides for, and we add a vendor only when its own notice confirms a change. We recheck it monthly and change it only when a vendor does.

Huck spots the higher renewal before it is charged.

Huck reads your Gmail for renewal notices and invoices from these vendors and texts you when a price goes up, what it adds up to across your seats, and the date to act by. It compares what you pay with the vendor’s published prices and names the source.

When you say yes, Huck changes the plan or asks for a lower tier in the vendor’s portal or by email, and works the vendor’s sales or retention chat for a better price. Where a vendor needs an admin to remove or deactivate users, as Atlassian does, your admin does that step, and you handle sign-in. Huck checks the next invoice and counts a saving only once that invoice shows it.

We find the money.
We do the chasing.

Huck finds the money slipping out of your business, shows you what each charge is worth, and does the chasing when you say so. Cancellations, refund requests and vendor negotiations follow through to a result you can check.

03

We do the chasing.

Huck cancels, requests the refund or works the vendor’s chat, then follows up until the request is settled. Huck checks your bill for the lower charge, credit or refund and texts you the result.
