How do I cancel
a Networx pro account?
Networx keeps sending leads and refilling your lead budget on your card until you tell it to stop, and its pages give no cancel button. Huck finds your Networx charges in Gmail, tells you when the budget renews next, and sends the cancel request when you say yes.
Connect Gmail to get started. You approve each money action.
To cancel a Networx pro account, contact Networx by email, text, phone or through your account and ask its staff to cancel; Networx says that otherwise the account stays active and leads keep coming. Networx doesn’t require a contract, so there is no term to wait out, but on a Pre-Pay plan your budget renews automatically on your billing date once the balance reaches the value of one lead, and on a Post-Pay plan you are charged weekly for the leads you received. If you only need a break, pause leads under Plan, Pause leads for up to about 4 weeks. Report bad leads for credit within 14 days of receiving them, before you cancel.

Ask Networx to cancel, in writing if you can.
Networx’s pro page says that to cancel you contact Networx directly by email, text, phone or through your account, and its employees make the change. Otherwise, the account stays active and leads keep coming. Networx’s help center has no self-serve cancel article, and its help pages say it does not require a contract.
- Report any bad leads first. In your account, open the lead, click Report Lead, pick the reason and describe the issue. Do it within 14 days of the lead.
- Check your balance and billing date. Plan tab on the website, or Account, My Plans, View Plan in the app.
- Contact Networx and ask to cancel the account. Use email, text, phone or your account, and name the business and plan.
- Get a written confirmation. Keep the email or text that says the account is cancelled and leads have stopped.
- Watch your card for the next renewal date. A budget refill or weekly Post-Pay charge after that date is worth disputing with Networx.

Pause leads if you only need a break.
Pausing stops new leads without closing the account. Networx’s help center says you can pause from the online dashboard or the mobile app; one article says up to 30 days, another says 1 to 28 days at a time, and you can reactivate any time. A lead received within 1 hour of pausing isn’t eligible for credit.
- On the website, click Plan, then Pause leads. In the app: Account, View Plan, the gear icon, then Pause.
- Pick 1 day, 3 days, 1 week or a date on the calendar. Leads resume on that date.
- Choose a reason and save. Reactivate early from the Plan tab.
Your budget refills on your card until you cancel.
Networx bills in two ways. Pre-Pay accounts set a monthly, weekly or bi-weekly budget and each lead is deducted from it; once the balance reaches the value of one lead or less and the billing date comes, Networx renews the budget. Post-Pay accounts pay an activation fee, set a weekly limit and are charged on a chosen day each week for the leads received.
Networx’s pro page says it warns you when your balance is low, about 2 quality leads, and again before charging your card, then renews the balance automatically. You can lower the budget or renewal frequency under Plan, Edit.
Networx: when and how am I billed? ↗Report bad leads within 14 days.
Networx gives credit for leads with disconnected or fake contact details, leads for a service or area you didn’t sign up for, duplicates, people without permission to hire, and job seekers. It does not credit leads where the homeowner hired someone else, changed their mind, was only shopping, or you didn’t win the job, or requests more than 14 days after the lead. Reviews are final and Networx emails you if a request is approved.
Networx: lead credit policy ↗You lose the lead flow and your Networx profile page.
Once Networx cancels the account, new leads stop, including the profile page Networx links in homeowners’ confirmation emails. Leads already charged stay charged unless they qualify for credit inside the 14-day window.
Networx’s pages don’t say what happens to an unused prepaid balance, so ask in your cancel request and keep the answer in writing.
Networx: reviews and leads for pros ↗Huck watches the budget refills and sends the cancel on your yes.
Huck finds Networx charges and low-balance emails in your Gmail and texts you what you have spent, which plan you are on and when the next refill or weekly charge lands.
With your yes, Huck emails Networx the cancel request in writing, reminds you to report bad leads inside the 14-day window, then checks your next statements for a refill that shouldn’t be there. Networx decides any credit or refund; Huck does not promise one.
