How do I cancel
Angi Leads?

Angi has no cancel button for pros, may charge an Early Termination Fee on a subscription, and refunds nothing once you end the agreement. Huck finds your Angi receipts in Gmail, tells you what you pay and when it renews, and gets you ready for the call when you say yes.

Connect Gmail to get started. You approve each money action.

The short answer

To cancel Angi Leads, call Angi Customer Care at (877) 947-3639, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST, because Angi’s help center and Angi Pro Agreement give the phone line as the way to cancel your agreement. If your onboarding Contract includes an Early Termination Fee (ETF), ending a subscription before its term ends triggers it, and Angi’s terms say you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid, including prepayments. A subscription renews automatically unless you tell Angi before the renewal date, and Angi may raise the renewal price by up to 10%. To turn off leads without cancelling, you can pause your leads for up to 2 weeks from Manage lead volume, or lower your monthly budget if you pay per lead. Disputes about charges must reach Angi in writing within 30 days, and lead credits are only for pros without an annual subscription, on leads less than 45 days old. HomeAdvisor pro accounts cancel the same way: the Angi Pro Agreement is between you and HomeAdvisor Inc. doing business as Angi Pro, and HomeAdvisor’s own pro customer service page lists the same (877) 947-3639 number.

Cancelling Angi Leads takes a phone call.

Angi’s help center says that to cancel your agreement you reach out to Customer Care at 877-947-3639, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST. The Angi Pro Agreement gives the same number and says you cancel your account by calling Customer Care and, where applicable, paying the ETF. There is no cancel button in the Angi for Pros app or site.

This guide covers the business side: pros who pay Angi for leads. Angi Key, the homeowner membership, is a different product with its own cancellation steps.

  1. Look up your Contract and billing. The Contract you signed during onboarding sets your term length and any Early Termination Fee. Your statement is on the Billing and payments page of the Angi for Pros app and site.
  2. Request credits for any bad leads first. Credits are applied to future lead charges and expire after six months, so file them while the account is open.
  3. Call Customer Care at (877) 947-3639. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST. Live chat is offered in the same hours for questions, but the cancel article names the phone line.
  4. Say whether you are ending the agreement or stopping the renewal. The Pro Agreement says ending the agreement takes effect at the close of business on the day Angi receives your notice during business hours, and you still pay for leads delivered before then. For a subscription, it says that if you cancel, you can use the subscription to the end of the current term, it won’t renew, and that term’s fee isn’t refunded; ending before the Contract term may bring the ETF. Ask Customer Care which applies to your Contract and get the end date.
  5. Watch the next statements. Pay-per-lead pros are billed weekly, so one more charge for the prior week’s leads can follow the call.
Angi: how to cancel your Angi agreement ↗

A HomeAdvisor membership cancels through Angi.

To cancel a HomeAdvisor membership, call the same Angi Customer Care line, (877) 947-3639. There is no separate HomeAdvisor cancel route: the Angi Pro Agreement, last updated October 6, 2026, opens by saying it is between you and HomeAdvisor Inc. d/b/a Angi Pro, the Terms and Conditions link on pro.homeadvisor.com leads to the same agreement, and HomeAdvisor’s pro customer service page lists Customer Service at (877) 947-3639 and ProCustomerCare@homeadvisor.com. HomeAdvisor’s pro pages now carry the Angi Leads name.

The agreement says it also covers the automatic renewal of any annual membership fee, so a HomeAdvisor membership renews unless you tell Angi before the renewal date, and fees already paid are not refunded when the agreement ends. HomeAdvisor’s live pages don’t state the membership fee amount; check your statement for it before you call.

To stop leads for a while, pause them for up to 2 weeks.

Angi lets you pause your leads for up to 2 weeks without cancelling. If you have a subscription contract, Angi says pausing leads does not pause your contract, so you may receive fewer leads for the month than you pay for. If you only buy Opportunities, you can’t pause; you simply stop showing interest in or accepting them.

Other ways to cut lead volume: set business hours so you only get automatic leads during set times, lower your monthly budget if you pay per lead, or ask Customer Care to set up short-term busy coverage, which narrows your tasks and ZIP codes for dates you choose. Subscription pros call (877) 947-3639 to change their budget or service area.

  1. In the app, tap the Account icon. Scroll to Leads settings and tap the Leads are: section by the briefcase icon.
  2. Toggle on Pause your leads. It is in the Additional settings section. Pick a timeframe; toggle it back to resume early.
  3. On the web, open Manage lead volume. Hover over the Leads tab, click Manage lead volume, then the blue Pause leads button, and select a timeframe.
  4. To lower spend instead, change the monthly budget. In the app: Account, Monthly budget, Update monthly budget. On the web: My business, Monthly budget. You need admin permissions.

A subscription renews on its own and may carry an ETF.

Under the Angi Pro Agreement, last updated October 6, 2026, a Subscription is an automatically renewing, fixed term commitment in which you prepay for leads at a discount. It continues for another term unless you notify Angi before the renewal date, and Angi may raise the Subscription Fee by up to 10% over the previous term. Free trials and promotions renew the same way at a higher price, so you must cancel before the trial ends.

If you end a subscription before the term in your Contract, you may owe an Early Termination Fee, which Angi says covers onboarding and early termination costs. If you cancel, you can use the subscription to the end of the current term and get no refund of that term’s fee. Cancelling a discounted product can also rescind the discount on your other products retroactively, with an immediate extra charge. Late payments can draw a monthly 1.5% fee, plus collection costs if an ETF goes unpaid.

Angi Pro Terms (Angi Pro Agreement) ↗

Deleting your sign-in does not stop the bills.

The Angi for Pros app has a Delete account credentials option under Account, Account overview, Account credentials. Angi says this removes your email, password, name and phone number, but it does not cancel or void any agreement, you will still be billed for leads, and your public company profile stays searchable. Requests are typically handled within 30 days.

Cancel the agreement by phone first. To have your personal information deleted under Angi’s privacy policy, Angi says to email privacyofficer@angi.com from the address you used with Angi.

Angi: how to delete your business account information ↗

You lose the account, the leads and the badges.

The Angi Pro Agreement says that once the agreement ends you no longer have access to your Angi account and you lose the right to use any Angi content, including Angi-provided badging. Deleting credentials also cuts access to your business profile, reviews and the leads you’ve received, so export or note any homeowner contacts you still need first.

Your profile and reviews do not disappear. The agreement gives Angi a perpetual license to keep displaying your business information after the advertising relationship ends, and Angi says deleting credentials does not remove the public profile page. Leads already delivered are still billed.

Angi Pro Terms (Angi Pro Agreement) ↗

No refunds on cancel; credits only for bad leads.

Angi’s terms say that when the agreement ends you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid, including prepayments, and that you pay for leads whether or not you win the job. Any dispute about a charge must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge, or it is waived.

Lead credits are the one money-back route, and they come as account credit, not cash. After an investigation, Angi may credit a lead for invalid contact info, a location outside your ZIP codes, a service that doesn’t match your tasks, a duplicate charge within 45 days, or a charge while your leads were paused. The lead must be less than 45 days old, you should have called the homeowner within 24 hours, and the account must have no overdue balance. Annual subscription leads can be reported but get no credits. Credits expire if unused within six months, and Angi reviews requests within 5 business days.

  1. Open the lead. In the app, tap the Leads tab and open the lead. On the web, select the Leads tab and the lead.
  2. Choose Request Credit. In the app it is in the overflow menu at the upper right; on the web, Request lead credit near the top of the lead.
  3. Pick the reason and add details. Tap or click Continue. Angi reviews the request within 5 business days.

Huck tracks the term and the charges around the call.

Huck finds Angi receipts, statements and renewal notices in your Gmail and texts you what you pay, whether you are on pay per lead or a subscription, and when the term renews, so you can give notice before another term starts.

Angi cancels only by phone, so you make the call to (877) 947-3639; Huck prepares what to say, including the end date and final charges to ask about. With your yes each time, Huck can pause leads or lower your monthly budget in your Angi account while you handle the sign-in, then checks the next statements for leftover lead charges. If a charge looks wrong, Huck drafts the written dispute within Angi’s 30-day window for your yes. Angi decides any credit or refund.
