How do I cancel
Houzz Pro?

Most Houzz Pro plans are 12-month contracts you can’t end early, they renew unless you ask 30 days ahead, and Houzz refunds nothing. Huck finds your Houzz Pro receipts in Gmail, tells you the renewal date and the notice deadline, and sends the request when you say yes.

The short answer

To cancel Houzz Pro, on a computer click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left menu, choose Subscriptions, then Manage My Subscriptions, and Submit Request. Houzz says most plans are annual 12-month contracts that you can’t cancel early, so on a paid plan the request turns off auto-renewal and must reach Houzz at least 30 days before the next renewal date. If you are on a free trial, Houzz gives a 7-day grace period after the trial ends to cancel the annual contract after paying for just the first month. Houzz’s terms say you are not refunded or credited under any circumstances, including for a partial month. A Flex plan bought on an iPhone or Android phone cancels through the App Store or Google Play instead.

  2. Choose Subscriptions, then Manage My Subscriptions. Click Submit Request.

A paid plan runs its term and renews on its own.

The Houzz Pro Terms and Conditions, effective October 6, 2026, say a subscription renews automatically for 12-month terms, that you may not terminate your current plan before the end of the term, and that you will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances, including for a partial month. They also say business users may not receive notice of the automatic renewal, so put the renewal date on your own calendar.

The do-not-renew request is not an immediate cancellation. Houzz’s help center says it must be at least 30 days before the date of your next contract renewal.

Deleting your Houzz account does not cancel Pro.

Houzz says it is not possible to delete a Houzz.com account that has an active subscription, and deleting the account does not cancel Houzz Pro. Once the subscription has ended, delete it from your profile icon, Account Settings, Privacy Choices, Delete My Houzz Account, then confirm by email. Deletion is permanent, and Houzz removes the data within 90 days.

If you only had a free professional profile, Houzz’s terms say you end it with Remove Professional Profile in the Edit Profile section.

You lose the Pro tools; your content may stay up.

When the subscription ends you lose the Houzz Pro software and marketing that came with the plan. Houzz’s terms say your content may continue to be published after termination, and Houzz may charge for a copy of your data, so download estimates, invoices and client files you need while the plan is active.

Huck catches the 30-day deadline before it passes.

Huck finds Houzz Pro receipts and contract emails in your Gmail and texts you what you pay and the last day to ask Houzz not to renew, since Houzz’s terms say business users may not get a renewal notice.

With your yes, Huck submits the request in Manage My Subscriptions while you handle the sign-in, keeps the confirmation, and checks your statements after the renewal date. Houzz decides any refund or credit; Huck does not promise one.
