Cancel Sales Navigator.
Export your leads first.

Sales Navigator renews until the purchaser cancels it, and your saved leads go the moment you do. Huck finds your Sales Navigator receipts in Gmail, tells you the renewal date and the refund window, and handles the cancellation when you say yes.

The short answer

Cancel in LinkedIn Admin Center: open Purchases, select the Sales Navigator subscription, then choose Cancel subscription under Actions. On Core, get there from Settings & Privacy, Subscriptions & payments, Manage Premium account. On Advanced, only a purchaser admin can cancel, from Admin, then Admin Center. The plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle, but LinkedIn says saved leads, accounts and messages are removed as soon as you cancel. LinkedIn refunds Sales Navigator only within 7 days of the charge and only if you haven’t used it.

Every route ends in Admin Center.

LinkedIn manages Sales Navigator billing in LinkedIn Admin Center. Core and Advanced reach it from different menus, then the steps are the same.

  1. Core: open Settings & Privacy. Click your profile icon on LinkedIn, then Settings & Privacy, Account Preferences, Subscriptions & payments. Choose Manage Premium account, then Manage Subscription. Admin Center opens.
  2. Advanced: sign in as the purchaser admin. LinkedIn says only a purchaser admin can cancel an Advanced subscription bought online. Sign in to Sales Navigator, click Admin, then Admin Center.
  3. Open Purchases. In the left menu, click Purchases. On the Active tab, select the Sales Navigator subscription.
  4. Cancel under Actions. Choose Cancel subscription, or Cancel free trial if you are still in the trial, and follow every screen. LinkedIn may show an offer first; you can decline it.
  5. Keep the confirmation. Save the cancellation email with your last receipt, and check the renewal date before the next charge.

Bought it in the LinkedIn iPhone app? Cancel from the app: tap your profile photo, Premium features, Manage your subscription, then Cancel subscription. If you bought it on iPhone through the mobile web, cancel on LinkedIn’s desktop site instead.

LinkedIn: cancel your Sales Navigator Core account ↗

Your saved leads go the moment you cancel.

LinkedIn says the subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle, but data such as saved leads, saved accounts and messages is removed as soon as you cancel, and you can’t get it back. InMail credits don’t move to your personal LinkedIn account, and you can’t read messages sent through Sales Navigator from your personal account.

If you subscribe again later, you start over: LinkedIn says none of the data from the old subscription carries into the new account, and if prices have changed, you lose your current price. If your company has added you to a corporate license, LinkedIn lets you move your data from a single-user plan into it, so do that before cancelling.

LinkedIn: considerations before you cancel Sales Navigator ↗

Seven days, and only if you haven’t used it.

LinkedIn’s refund policy covers Sales Navigator along with its other Premium plans. A charge can be refunded within 7 days of the charge date, only without Premium usage, and a refund you got before may affect whether you get another. After the 7 days, cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn’t return the current charge.

To ask, cancel first, then use the Request a Refund link on LinkedIn’s refund policy page. If you bought through the LinkedIn iPhone app, LinkedIn says only Apple can refund it, so ask Apple.

I cancelled LinkedIn Sales Navigator on [date] for [account email]. I was charged [amount] on [charge date], within 7 days, and haven’t used the subscription since. Please refund that charge and confirm by email.

Huck catches the renewal and the 7-day window.

Huck finds Sales Navigator receipts in your Gmail and texts you what each seat costs, when it renews, and when a fresh charge is still inside LinkedIn’s 7-day refund window.

When you say yes, Huck cancels in LinkedIn Admin Center, or reminds the purchaser admin if that isn’t you, and files the refund request when the charge qualifies. Then it checks your next receipt. You export your leads first. LinkedIn decides any refund, and Apple decides refunds for iPhone app purchases.
