How do I cancel
Jobber?
Jobber keeps billing an annual plan until the term ends, wants 30 days’ notice before an annual renewal, and cuts off your clients, jobs and invoices when access ends. Huck finds your Jobber receipts in Gmail, tells you the renewal date and notice deadline, and cancels when you say yes.

To cancel Jobber, an admin user signs in on Jobber.com, clicks the Gear Icon, selects Account and Billing, clicks Cancel Subscription in the Change your subscription box and confirms. Access continues to the end of the billing period, and on an annual plan or a monthly plan with a 1-year commitment it continues to the end of the full term, after which you lose access to the clients, jobs and invoices stored in Jobber, so export them first. Jobber’s terms say an annual plan renews unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date, you stay responsible for all 12 monthly payments on an annual plan billed monthly, and fees aren’t refunded for partial or unused months. A free trial costs nothing if you cancel on or before its last day. If you subscribed in the Jobber app, cancel there and send refund requests to Apple or Google.

An admin cancels under Account and Billing.
Jobber’s help center says you must be an admin user to cancel a Jobber subscription. The confirmation screen shows your renewal date, which is your last day of access. Instead of cancelling, you can downgrade to a smaller plan from the next billing period, or contact Jobber Support to pause.
- Export what you need first. See the export steps below. After access ends, you lose access to that data.
- Sign in on Jobber.com as an admin. Cancelling from the web works for plans bought on the web.
- Click the Gear Icon, then Account and Billing. Find the Change your subscription box.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm. Confirm Cancel Subscription on the pop-ups and pick a reason from the dropdown.
- If you subscribed in the Jobber app, cancel in the app. Go to More, Subscription, then the red Cancel Subscription button. Jobber says refunds for app store subscriptions must go to Apple or Google.

Export clients, reports and PDFs before access ends.
Jobber says that once your subscription ends you lose access to clients, jobs, invoices and any other information stored in Jobber. Client exporting is available on select plans and to admins, and each CSV file holds up to 1,500 rows.
- Export clients. Clients, More Actions, Export Clients, choose VCard or CSV, then Export.
- Export reports. Reports, pick a report, set the date range, then Export Excel Copy. Jobber emails the CSV within 15 minutes.
- Download quotes, jobs and invoices you need. PDFs download one at a time: open the item, More Actions, Download PDF.
Turn off Jobber Payments separately.
Disabling Jobber Payments removes the option for clients to pay online on any outstanding or new quotes and invoices, so collect or redirect open invoices first. Payout history stays under View Payouts, and only account owners can change the payout bank account. Jobber’s pages don’t say what happens to pending payouts after you cancel, so check View Payouts before you go.
If your account closes, Jobber says it still files the 1099-K for the tax year using the payment volume on record up to the closure date.
- Click the Gear Icon, then Settings. Open Jobber Payments.
- Scroll to the Disable payments card. Click Disable Payments and confirm.
Annual plans renew unless you cancel 30 days ahead.
Jobber’s Terms of Service, last updated September 22, 2026, say an annual subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date, in Account and Billing or by phone. On an annual plan billed monthly, you remain responsible for all scheduled monthly payments until the term ends. Jobber’s pricing page lists three ways to pay: monthly with no commitment, monthly with a 1-year commitment, and annual prepaid, which is non-refundable.
There are no refunds or credits for partial months, upgrades or downgrades, or unused months. Any billing dispute must reach Jobber within 60 days of the charge, and promotional credits expire when you cancel. A free trial is charge-free if you cancel up to and including its last day; Jobber’s pricing page says nothing is deleted if a trial simply expires.
Jobber Terms of Service ↗Closing the account is permanent and comes after cancelling.
Jobber keeps a cancelled account so you can reactivate it later. An account must already be cancelled before it can be permanently closed, only the account owner can close it, and once closed it is final. Client Hub stops working after closure. You can also ask Jobber to delete materials you uploaded once the subscription ends.
- Cancel the subscription first. Closing is not available on an active plan.
- In the Jobber iOS app, click the Gear Icon. Under Profile, choose Close Account.
- Type CLOSE and confirm. Or email support@getjobber.com from the account owner.
You lose the client records and online payments.
When access ends you lose access to the clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and schedules stored in Jobber, the Client Hub your customers use, and online payment on open invoices once Jobber Payments is off. Promotional credits expire at cancellation.
On an annual or 1-year commitment plan, cancelling does not end the bill early: you keep access, and keep paying, to the end of the term.
Jobber: cancel your Jobber subscription ↗Huck watches the renewal date and cancels on your yes.
Huck finds Jobber receipts and renewal emails in your Gmail and texts you what you pay, which plan you are on and the date your 30-day notice is due, so an annual plan doesn’t renew for another year by default.
With your yes, Huck cancels the subscription in Account and Billing while you handle the sign-in, reminds you to export first, then checks your next statements for a charge that shouldn’t be there. Jobber decides any refund; Huck does not promise one.

Huck finds the money slipping out of your business, shows you what each charge is worth, and does the chasing when you say so. Cancellations, refund requests and vendor negotiations follow through to a result you can check.
