Cancel Yelp Ads.
Stop every charge.
Yelp sells ads and page upgrades as separate products, and each one cancels separately. Huck finds every Yelp charge in your Gmail, lists what is still billing, and checks the final bill when you say yes.
Connect Gmail to get started. You approve each money action.
Go to the Billing page in Yelp for Business (on the app, tap More, then Billing). Under Your Products, select Manage, then select Pause or Cancel next to each paid product and follow the prompts. Ads and page upgrades are bought separately, so repeat for each one and refresh to confirm. Cost-per-click ads end right away, page upgrades end at midnight that day, and the final bill comes on the 1st of the next month. If you’re in a contract, call Yelp’s Customer Success team at (855) 380-9357.

Cancel each paid product from Billing.
Yelp says cost-per-click ad packages and page upgrades are purchased individually, so you repeat the steps for each product you want to stop. On a non-term program you can stop your campaign at any time.
- Open Billing. On the desktop site, go to the Billing page of Yelp for Business. In the Yelp for Business app, tap More, then Billing.
- Manage your products. Under Your Products, select Manage.
- Cancel each one. Select the Pause or Cancel icon next to each paid product or campaign. For a cost-per-click program you can also edit the budget instead.
- Follow the prompts. Read and finish each cancellation.
- Refresh and check. Refresh the page to make sure each cancellation went through. A cancelled upgrade shows the cancellation date as its expiry date.
If you don’t see a way to cancel, Yelp says to call Customer Success at (855) 380-9357.

Cancelling Yelp Ads doesn’t remove your business from Yelp. Customers can still find your business page and contact you. You lose the ad placements and any page upgrades you cancel.
Ad performance data moves from your Yelp Ads tab to the Homepage, under Yelp Performance. If you plan to restart, Yelp lets you pick “I plan to restart Yelp Ads in the future” as the reason and choose a date for your ads to resume.
Yelp: how to cancel your Yelp Ads and other paid products ↗One more bill is normal. Check what’s on it.
Yelp says cost-per-click programs end immediately on cancellation, paid page upgrades and other products end at midnight on the date you cancel, and your final bill is delivered on the 1st of the following month. So a charge after you cancel can be the final bill for usage before the cancellation.
Compare the final bill’s service dates with the time each product ended: right away for cost-per-click ads, midnight on the cancellation date for upgrades. If it charges for service after that point, ask Yelp to review it. If you have a billing threshold, Yelp may also charge when your spend reaches it, and any amount over the threshold rolls to the next bill.
I cancelled [product] on [date] from the Billing page, so it ended [immediately / at midnight that day]. My final bill dated [date] charges [amount] for [product] service on [dates after the end]. Please review this charge and refund the amount for service after the product ended.Yelp: how does billing work? ↗
Huck finds every Yelp charge and checks the last one.
Huck finds Yelp receipts and billing emails in your Gmail and texts you each product still billing and what it costs a month. You decide what stops.
When you say yes, Huck cancels in Yelp’s portal or asks Yelp by email, then checks the final bill against the time each product ended and asks for a refund only on service billed after that. Yelp decides refunds. You handle sign-in and any phone call a contract needs.

We do the chasing.
Huck finds the money slipping out of your business, shows you what each charge is worth, and does the chasing when you say so. Cancellations, refund requests and vendor negotiations follow through to a result you can check.
