Stop ZoomInfo
from renewing.
A ZoomInfo contract runs to its end date and the notice rules sit in your Order Form. Huck finds the ZoomInfo contract and renewal emails in your Gmail, puts the deadline on your calendar, and sends the notice when you say yes.
Connect Gmail to get started. You approve each money action.
ZoomInfo’s license terms say the agreement can’t be cancelled mid-term and runs for the term in your Ordering Document, so the renewal and notice period are whatever your Order Form says. Get a copy from the billing portal or from ar@zoominfo.com, find the end date and notice period, and count back. Send written notice by email: ZoomInfo’s terms say notices to ZoomInfo go to legal@zoominfo.com and count as given when sent. Copy your account manager and keep the sent email.

The notice period is in your Order Form.
ZoomInfo’s License Terms and Conditions (version May 1, 2025) say the initial term is the one set in the Ordering Document, and that the agreement is not cancellable and stays in effect until it expires or ends under its terms. ZoomInfo doesn’t publish one standard notice period; read yours from the contract.
- Get the contract. Email ar@zoominfo.com with the subject line Document Request for a copy of your contract, invoice or statement.
- Check the dates. In the ZoomInfo billing portal, which uses your admin portal login, find your subscription’s start and end dates.
- Read the renewal clause. In the Order Form, find whether the term renews automatically and how many days’ notice it needs before the end date.
- Count back. Subtract the notice period from the end date. That is the last day to send notice. Put a reminder a week or two earlier.
Example only: if your Order Form says 60 days’ notice and the term ends March 31, 2027, the last day to send notice is January 30, 2027. Use your own numbers.
ZoomInfo License Terms and Conditions: term and termination ↗Put it in writing, by email.
ZoomInfo’s terms say all notices go by email to the address the other party gave for notices and are deemed given when sent. Notices to ZoomInfo go to legal@zoominfo.com.
ZoomInfo’s Help Center says to contact Customer Support or your account manager to request cancellation. Do both: send the notice to legal@zoominfo.com, copy your account manager, and keep the sent email with its date and time.
Subject: Notice of non-renewal, [company name], Order Form [number]. [Company name] gives notice that it will not renew its ZoomInfo subscription under Order Form [number], which ends on [end date]. Please confirm receipt and that no renewal term or invoice will follow.ZoomInfo License Terms and Conditions: notices ↗
Access ends with the term.
ZoomInfo’s terms say that when the agreement ends you must stop using the ZoomInfo platform, your access and accounts may be shut off, and anything your company uploaded may be destroyed. You may keep using licensed data you obtained during the term, subject to the terms. Export what you’re allowed to keep before the end date.
Watch user counts until then. The terms say adding users beyond the number you subscribed to may be treated as subscribing to those extra users, at the prevailing per-user rate.
ZoomInfo License Terms and Conditions: effect of termination ↗A late notice may not stop the renewal.
If the notice window has passed, the Order Form decides what happens; ZoomInfo’s terms say the agreement isn’t cancellable mid-term. Ask your account manager in writing what options exist, and don’t assume a late notice will be accepted.
Late payments carry interest: the terms let ZoomInfo charge 1.5% a month, or less where the law requires, and suspend access while still billing the subscription. If you dispute a renewal invoice, say so in writing before it comes due.
ZoomInfo License Terms and Conditions: fees and late payment ↗Huck finds the deadline before it passes.
Huck finds ZoomInfo order forms, invoices and renewal emails in your Gmail and texts you the renewal amount and the last day to give notice. You decide whether to renew.
When you say yes, Huck sends the non-renewal notice by email to the address in ZoomInfo’s terms, copies your account manager, and texts you where to find it in your Sent folder. It checks for a renewal invoice after the end date. ZoomInfo decides anything outside the contract.
We find the money.
We do the chasing.
Huck finds the money slipping out of your business, shows you what each charge is worth, and does the chasing when you say so. Cancellations, refund requests and vendor negotiations follow through to a result you can check.
