How do I cancel
Podium?
Podium sells 12-month subscriptions that renew automatically for the same length, and the only way out its terms name is an email to support@podium.com at least 30 days before the term ends. Huck finds your Podium invoices in Gmail, works out the notice deadline, and sends the notice when you say yes.

To cancel Podium, email support@podium.com with written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of your current subscription term. Podium’s Terms of Service, version 7.0 effective October 15, 2026, set the first term at 12 months and renew it automatically for periods of the same length unless you give that notice. Fees are non-refundable, and ending mid-term leaves you owing the fees for the whole term except in the narrow cases the terms list. Export your data before the term ends: afterwards you can ask for an export within 30 days only as a paid professional services engagement, and Podium may then delete your data.

Email notice of non-renewal to support@podium.com.
Podium’s Terms of Service say you may give notice of non-renewal by email to support@podium.com, at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription term. There is no cancel button described in the terms.
- Find the end date of your current term. Count 12 months from your subscription start date, or the term on your order form.
- Write a notice of non-renewal. Name the business, the account, the subscription and the term end date.
- Send it to support@podium.com at least 30 days before that date. Earlier is safer; keep the sent copy.
- Ask for written confirmation. Ask Podium to confirm the end date and that no renewal will be billed.
- Export your data before the end date. Contacts, message history, reviews and payment records.

| What to know | What Podium says |
|---|---|
| First term | 12 months (section 8.1). |
| Renewal | Automatic, for periods of the same length. |
| How to stop it | Email notice of non-renewal to support@podium.com. |
| Deadline | At least 30 days before the end of the current subscription term. |
| Refunds | All fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, except sections 2.3 and 8.3 (section 7.2). |
| Leaving mid-term | Outside the listed reasons, you owe the fees for the entire term (section 8.3). |
| Your data | Export during the term; afterwards a paid export request within 30 days, then Podium may delete it (section 8.4). |
Podium refunds only in narrow cases.
Podium’s terms say all fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, with two exceptions: section 2.3, a prorated refund if Podium materially reduces a service’s functionality, and section 8.3, termination for the reasons the agreement allows. If you end the subscription for any other reason, the terms make you responsible for the fees for the entire subscription term.
So the money is in the timing: send notice before the 30-day deadline and the next term never starts.
Podium Terms of Service, sections 7.2 and 8.3 ↗Access to your Podium data ends with the term.
When the subscription ends, Podium’s terms say you can no longer reach your data through your account. You may request an export within 30 days after termination, but only as a paid professional services engagement, and after that period Podium may delete your data unless law or a business associate agreement requires otherwise.
Export contacts, conversation history, reviews and payment records while you still have access, and move any texting number or review links you rely on.
Podium Terms of Service, section 8.4 ↗Huck finds the deadline and sends the notice on your yes.
Huck finds Podium invoices in your Gmail, works out when your term ends and texts you before the 30-day notice deadline, so the plan doesn’t roll into another 12 months.
With your yes, Huck emails the notice of non-renewal to support@podium.com from your inbox, tells you where to find it in your Sent folder, and checks later statements for a renewal charge. Podium decides any refund; Huck does not promise one.
We find the money.
We do the chasing.
Huck finds the money slipping out of your business, shows you what each charge is worth, and does the chasing when you say so. Cancellations, refund requests and vendor negotiations follow through to a result you can check.
Connect Gmail. No bank login. Anything that moves money always asks.
See how Huck handles bills and renewals ↗We find the charge.
Huck finds renewals, price increases, duplicate payments and refunds owed in your Gmail, with a dollar figure on each finding.
You decide.
Review the proposed change. Cancellations, downgrades and refund requests need your yes each time.
We do the chasing.
Huck cancels, requests the refund or works the vendor’s chat, then follows up until the request is settled. Huck checks your bill for the lower charge, credit or refund and texts you the result.
