Workiz?
Every Workiz plan is an annual contract, even when you pay monthly, and it renews for another 12 months unless you give notice at least 30 days before it ends. Huck finds your Workiz charges in Gmail, works out the notice date, and sends the notice when you say yes.

To cancel Workiz, send a termination notice by email to support@workiz.com, the address in Workiz’s Terms and Conditions last updated November 2, 2026, and send it at least 30 days before your current term ends. Workiz says all plans are annual contracts, even if you pay monthly, and the terms renew them automatically for 12 months at a time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current term: you aren’t charged for the next term, but prepaid fees aren’t refunded and the rest of the current term stays due. Remove any Workiz Phone numbers yourself, because they keep billing after the phone plan is cancelled, and back up your data, since Workiz may delete it after the term ends.

Email a termination notice to support@workiz.com.
Workiz’s Terms and Conditions, last updated November 2, 2026, say a Pro may end the agreement at any time by sending a termination notice to support@workiz.com, and that it takes effect at the end of the current term. Older copies of the terms named cancel@workiz.com; the current version names support@workiz.com.
- Check your term and billing cycle. In Workiz, open the Billing page and read Billing cycle and Upcoming billing.
- Back up your Workiz data. The terms make you responsible for downloading your content before the term ends.
- Remove Workiz Phone numbers you don’t need. Workiz Phone, Numbers tab, then the trash bin icon next to each number.
- Email a termination notice to support@workiz.com. Send it at least 30 days before the term ends, and copy your account manager from the Billing page.
- Ask for written confirmation of the end date. Keep the sent email and the reply.

Workiz refunds nothing you prepaid.
Workiz’s terms say renewal fees are non-refundable, that prepaid fees aren’t refunded when you terminate, and that all amounts under the original term remain due. You also can’t terminate until any outstanding balance is paid.
A mid-month package downgrade gets a prorated credit against the next month’s fees, not a refund, and only on a monthly billing cycle. Card dispute fees from Workiz Pay, $25 in the US, aren’t refunded even if you win the dispute, because the processor charges them.

Workiz’s Billing FAQ says cancelling a phone plan does not remove numbers you claimed, so they don’t return to the public pool by accident. Any numbers left on the account keep billing until you remove them. Port the numbers you still use before you go, and remove the rest from Workiz Phone, Numbers, with the trash bin icon.

At termination Workiz’s terms say you immediately lose access to the service, you are responsible for downloading or backing up your content, and Workiz may permanently delete it from its servers. Export jobs, clients, invoices and call recordings you need before the end date.

No. Workiz says the $25 US dispute fee comes from the payment processor and isn’t refunded, even if you win the dispute.
How do I delete my Workiz account?
Back up your data, then send the termination notice. After the term ends Workiz may permanently delete your content.
