How do I cancel
Birdeye?
Birdeye contracts renew for the same length as the first term unless you give written notice 90 days ahead, and payments are non-refundable. Huck finds your Birdeye invoices in Gmail, works out the notice date, and sends the notice when you say yes.

To cancel Birdeye, send written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before your renewal date. Birdeye’s Terms and Conditions, effective May 13, 2026, say an agreement renews automatically for the same period as its initial term unless that notice reaches Birdeye in time, and that payment obligations are non-cancellable and payments non-refundable. Birdeye’s cancellation policy says it can close an account early only if your contract has an early opt-out clause, and that contract questions go to support@birdeye.com. Check your Order Form first: Birdeye’s terms let it set a different rule.

Send notice of non-renewal 90 days before renewal.
Section 2.3 of Birdeye’s Terms and Conditions says that, unless your Order Form or Statement of Work says otherwise, an agreement renews for the same period as its initial term unless written notice of non-renewal is provided to Birdeye at least 90 days before the renewal date. The terms don’t name a cancel button.
Birdeye’s cancellation policy says the full cancellation terms are in the contract you signed and sends contract questions to support@birdeye.com.
- Find your renewal date. Check the Order Form or the contract Birdeye emailed you when you signed up.
- Count back 90 days. That is the last day your notice can arrive. Earlier is safer.
- Write a notice of non-renewal. Name the business, the account and locations, and the renewal date.
- Email it to support@birdeye.com and copy billing@birdeye.com. Send it from the address on the contract and keep the sent copy.
- Ask for written confirmation. Ask Birdeye to confirm the end date and that no renewal will be billed.

| Renewal | Automatic, for the same period as the initial term, unless the Order Form says otherwise (section 2.3). |
| How to stop it | Written notice of non-renewal. |
| Deadline | At least 90 days before the renewal date. |
| Refunds | Payment obligations are non-cancellable and payments are non-refundable, except as the terms say (section 5.1). |
| Leaving early | Only if your contract has an early opt-out clause (cancellation policy), or for an uncured material breach after 30 days’ written notice (section 5.2). |
| Pausing | Only with a pause clause; otherwise Birdeye can move your billing date by up to 14 days (cancellation policy). |

Birdeye payments are non-refundable.
Section 5.1 of Birdeye’s terms says that, except as the terms say otherwise, all payment obligations under every Order Form are non-cancellable and all payments made are non-refundable. The one refund the terms describe is for prepaid fees after Birdeye ends an affected service under its warranty remedy.
So the money is in the timing: notice 90 days before renewal stops the next term from starting.
Birdeye Terms and Conditions, section 5.1 ↗Review requests, messaging and listings stop with the term.
When the agreement ends, the review requests, messaging, listings and other services on your Order Form stop. Export your contacts, reviews and reports while you still have access, and move any review links, widgets or texting numbers your website or staff rely on.
If you only need a breather, Birdeye says it can move your billing date by up to 14 days, but it can’t put an account on hold unless the contract has a pause clause.
Birdeye cancellation policy ↗Huck finds the deadline and sends the notice on your yes.
Huck finds Birdeye invoices and renewal emails in your Gmail, works out your renewal date and texts you before the 90-day notice deadline, so the contract doesn’t roll into another full term.
With your yes, Huck emails the notice of non-renewal to support@birdeye.com from your inbox, copies billing@birdeye.com, tells you where to find it in your Sent folder, and checks later statements for a renewal charge. Birdeye decides any refund; Huck does not promise one.

We do the chasing.
Huck cancels, requests the refund or works the vendor’s chat, then follows up until the request is settled. Huck checks your bill for the lower charge, credit or refund and texts you the result.
