Vagaro Pro account?
Vagaro’s terms let you cancel a recurring subscription at any time, keep access to the end of the paid period and get no refund. A free card reader carries its own 12-month minimum and fee. Huck finds your Vagaro charges in Gmail and emails the cancellation when you say yes.

To cancel a Vagaro Pro account, cancel your recurring subscription through your account or email support@vagaro.com. Vagaro’s Customer Participation Agreement, updated July 29, 2026, says you may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, keep access through the end of your current subscription period, and that it will not refund subscription fees already paid. Cancel at least ten days before a price change takes effect if you don’t want the new price. Vagaro’s pricing page says cancel anytime with no cancellation fees, but the agreement ties a free card reader to a 12-month minimum term and a $150 early cancellation fee set in the reader enrollment terms.

Section 5(b)(i) of Vagaro’s Customer Participation Agreement says you may cancel your subscription through your account or by emailing support@vagaro.com, and may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. The agreement names no menu path and no notice period, apart from the ten days before a price change. Vagaro’s support number in section 14(d) is 1-800-919-0157.
- Sign in as the account owner. Use the login your business signed up with.
- Cancel the recurring subscription in your account. Look for the subscription or billing area. Vagaro’s agreement does not name the menu.
- Or email support@vagaro.com. Name the business, the account and the date you want billing to stop.
- Ask for written confirmation. Ask Vagaro to confirm the end of the paid period and that no renewal will be charged.
- Check any card reader terms. If you took a free reader, read the enrollment terms on the 12-month minimum before cancelling.

Vagaro does not refund fees already paid.
Section 5(b)(i) says that when you cancel, Vagaro will not refund subscription fees already paid, and section 5(a)(vi) says all purchases are final sale. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for, so cancel just before the renewal date rather than after it.

When the paid period ends, the booking calendar, online booking page and client tools you use through Vagaro stop. The agreement has no general export or deletion promise for your data after you cancel, so save your client list and reports from your account while you still have access.
If you cancel while on a free card reader, section 5(d) points to a 12-month minimum term and a $150 early cancellation fee in the reader enrollment terms, and says monthly rental fees are non-refundable. The agreement also lets Vagaro hold a reserve of merchant funds, released after Vagaro Merchant Services access ends.
