How do I cancel
Weave?
Weave’s terms ask for 30 days’ notice, hold your fees until every phone number has been ported out, and give you 30 days to ask for your data. Huck finds your Weave invoices in Gmail, works out the notice date and emails the notice when you say yes.

To cancel Weave, give written notice at least 30 days before your next billing period starts, or, if your Order has a stated term of a year or more, at least 30 days before that term ends. Weave’s Terms of Service, last updated October 2, 2026, say a cancellation is not effective until every phone number on your account has been ported out of Weave, that you owe the full fees for any stated term, and that there are no refunds for cancellations. Written notice goes to legal@getweave.com, with a certified or overnight copy if you choose to mail it. Check your Order first: it can set a different term.

Give written notice 30 days ahead, then port your numbers.
Weave’s terms do not name a cancel button. Section 9.6 says that for an Order without a stated term you must cancel at least 30 days before the first day of the next billing period, and section 9.1.3 says an Order with a term of one year or longer renews unless you give notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Section 16.4 says notices to Weave go in writing by email to legal@getweave.com, by certified mail or by overnight delivery, and every notice must also be copied by email to legal@getweave.com.
- Find your term and billing date. Check the Order you signed and your latest Weave invoice.
- Count back 30 days. That is the last day your notice can arrive. Earlier is safer.
- Write the notice. Name the business, the account and the date the term or billing period ends.
- Email it to legal@getweave.com. Send it from the address on the account and keep the sent copy. Mail a certified or overnight copy too if you want a second record.
- Port your phone numbers out. Weave says the cancellation is not effective until all numbers have been ported out, and fees continue for any billing period in which a number remains.
- Ask in writing for your data. Weave’s terms say to request it within 30 days after the termination date.

| What to know | What Weave says |
|---|---|
| Notice | At least 30 days before the next billing period, or before the end of a stated Order term of a year or more (sections 9.6 and 9.1.3). |
| Renewal | Automatic every month, or for the term stated in your Order (section 9.1.3). |
| Early termination | With a stated Subscription Term, you owe the fees for the full term (sections 9.6 and 10.4.1). |
| Who can end it | Either party, on 30 days’ advance written notice, but an active Order with a stated term stays in effect until it ends (section 10.2). |
| Phone numbers | Cancellation is not effective until all numbers are ported out (section 9.6). |
| Data | On written request within 30 days after termination, if technically feasible and you have paid what you owe. After 30 days Weave has no obligation to keep it (section 10.4.3). |
| Refunds | No refunds for cancellations; fees are non-refundable except as the terms say. Equipment can be returned for any reason within 14 days of purchase (sections 9.6, 9.4 and 16.3.3.1). |
Weave says there are no refunds for cancellations.
Section 9.6 says there are no refunds for Service cancellations, and section 9.4 says all fees and charges are non-refundable except as the terms state or the law requires. So the saving is in the timing: notice 30 days ahead stops the next period, and a stated term is owed in full.
Weave Terms of Service, sections 9.4 and 9.6 ↗Your phones, texting and patient or customer records change hands.
Weave’s terms treat your phone numbers as part of the account, so leaving means porting every number to a new carrier before the cancellation takes effect. Texting, reminders and anything else that runs on those numbers stop with the service.
Ask for your subscriber data within 30 days after the termination date. Weave says it will make it available only if technically feasible and only after you have paid all amounts owed, and it has no obligation to keep it after the 30 days.
Weave Terms of Service, sections 9.6 and 10.4.3 ↗Huck finds the notice date and emails the notice on your yes.
Huck finds Weave invoices and renewal emails in your Gmail, works out your term end or next billing date, and texts you before the 30-day notice deadline so the account doesn’t roll into another period.
With your yes, Huck emails the written notice to legal@getweave.com from your inbox, tells you where it sits in your Sent folder and checks later statements for a charge after the end date. You handle the phone number port and any certified mail. Weave decides any refund; Huck does not promise one.
