The short answer

To cancel GoHighLevel, cancel your subscription through your Platform Account, submit a support ticket, or call HighLevel support. HighLevel’s Terms of Service, last updated June 2026, say fees are billed in advance monthly or annually until cancelled, that you pay all fees incurred until the cancellation occurs, and that all fees are non-refundable, including subscription fees. After cancelling, HighLevel says it keeps account data for 90 days and may then permanently delete it, and phone numbers it bought for you are released within 14 days. The terms do not set a notice period or name a menu path, and they do not split agency rules from sub-account rules, so ask support to confirm your end date in writing.

Cancel in your Platform Account, or send HighLevel a ticket or call.

HighLevel’s terms list three ways to cancel: through your Platform Account, by submitting a support ticket, or by calling its support team. They name no menu path inside the account and no notice period.

  1. Decide what you are cancelling. The terms hold you responsible for cancelling every service tied to your account, and say no refund is given for failing to cancel properly. List add-ons and any minimum commitment first.
  2. Export client data and tell your clients. The terms say data is kept 90 days after cancelling, with deletion afterwards at HighLevel’s discretion. Move contacts, workflows and any ported phone numbers you need.
  3. Cancel through your Platform Account. This is the first route the terms list. Take a screenshot of the confirmation.
  4. Or submit a support ticket, or call support. The terms give both as alternatives. Put the date and your request in writing if you call.
  5. Ask support to confirm the end date and the wallet balance. The terms say you must request any wallet refund yourself, and an unclaimed balance after 30 days becomes HighLevel’s.
  6. Check your next card statement. Fees are billed in advance until cancelled, so a charge after your confirmed date is worth raising with support.

Rows come from HighLevel’s Terms of Service, last updated June 2026 and read November 7, 2026. The terms do not define agency or sub-account plans separately, so the table follows the account holder and the client sub-account in the terms’ own words.

What to knowWhat HighLevel says
NoticeNone stated. You may cancel through your Platform Account, by support ticket or by calling support.
RenewalSubscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually, depending on the plan, until cancelled, and renew automatically at the then-current rates.
FeeYou are responsible for all fees incurred until the cancellation occurs. Some subscriptions have a non-cancellable minimum commitment that keeps billing until it is met.
RefundAll fees are non-refundable, including subscription fees. HighLevel may issue or deny a refund or credit at its discretion. No refund for failing to cancel properly.
WalletYou must request any remaining wallet balance. A balance left more than 30 days after cancellation becomes HighLevel’s property.
Agency account (Platform Account)Cancelling ends your right to use the Platform. HighLevel keeps account data for 90 days, during which you may be able to reactivate, then may permanently delete it.
Client sub-accountsPhone numbers HighLevel bought on your behalf are released within 14 days. A number a customer ported in belongs to the sub-account owner. HighLevel transfers a sub-account without your approval only if the customer asked in the app, you did not respond for at least 30 days, and your Platform Account was cancelled and not reactivated within 30 days (or was suspended or terminated for breach).
Add-onsSome add-ons, such as the HIPAA package, cannot be cancelled or refunded once enabled.

Your platform access stops, and 90 days later your data can be deleted.

HighLevel’s terms say your right to use the Platform ends immediately on cancellation. It keeps account data for 90 days, you may have the option to reactivate in that window, and after it HighLevel may permanently delete the data and is not liable for the loss.

Phone numbers it procured for you are released within 14 days, any wallet balance you do not claim within 30 days becomes HighLevel’s, and HighLevel may transfer a client’s sub-account to the client without your approval under the conditions in the table above. The terms do not say what happens to workflows or websites built in the account, so export those before you cancel.

Huck finds HighLevel charges in your Gmail, texts you what you pay and when the next monthly or annual charge lands, and flags a wallet top-up or add-on that keeps billing after the main plan ends.

With your yes, Huck drafts the support ticket for you to send, then checks later statements for a charge after your end date. You handle the account sign-in and any phone call. HighLevel decides on any refund or credit; Huck does not promise one.
