Webflow?

To cancel Webflow, go into your dashboard, select plans, and downgrade to a Starter plan. Webflow’s Terms of Service, last modified November 15, 2023, say annual plans are billed up front for one year, are non-refundable, and renew for successive one-year periods unless you cancel before the end of the current term. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month, and refund requests follow Webflow’s Billing and Refund Policy. The terms give no refund or credit for partial terms or unused terms. Webflow’s help center pages could not be read on November 7, 2026, so what happens to a published site or custom domain after a downgrade is not covered here.

Go to your dashboard, select plans, and downgrade to a Starter plan.
The terms name one path for self-serve plans and point to a help article for the full steps. That article could not be read, so the steps below are the terms’ own and no more.
- Find out whether each plan is monthly or annual. The terms set different refund and renewal rules for each.
- Export your site content and any client handover files. The terms do not say what happens to a site after a downgrade, so do not rely on it staying published.
- Go into your dashboard and select plans. This is the path the terms give for self-serve plans, unless an Order Form says otherwise.
- Downgrade the plan to a Starter plan. The terms treat downgrading to Starter as cancelling the paid plan.
- If the plan is annual, do this before the end of the current term. The terms say it renews for another year unless you cancel before then.
- Check your next card statement. The terms say there are no refunds or credits for partial or unused terms, so a charge after your downgrade date is worth raising with Webflow.

Annual money is gone, and the terms say nothing about your live site.
For an annual plan you do not get back the unused months: the terms call it non-refundable and rule out credits for partial or unused terms. Cancel before the term ends or it renews for another year.
The terms do not say what happens to a published site, a custom domain or your content once a plan is downgraded to Starter, and Webflow’s help pages that might could not be read. Export your content and confirm domain handling with Webflow in writing before you downgrade a client’s site.
