Typeform?

To cancel Typeform, turn off automatic renewal in the My Account section before the end of your current monthly or annual Subscription Period. Typeform’s Service Terms and Conditions, effective April 21, 2024, say a paid subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel before it ends, and that the plan then runs the full period and downgrades to the free Basic subscription. Typeform’s Payment Terms and Conditions, last updated March 14, 2024, say fees are non-refundable and a subscription cancelled before the period ends gets no refund or credit. Closing the whole account may cause data loss.

Turn off renewal in My Account before the period ends.
Section 5 of the Service Terms says a paid subscription renews and is billed again unless, before the end of the current period, you cancel the automatic renewal through the My Account section. Unless you cancel the entire account, the paid plan runs the whole period and then moves to a Basic subscription.
- Find the end of your period. Check your latest Typeform receipt for the renewal date.
- Sign in and open My Account. Typeform’s terms name this section as the place to cancel renewal.
- Cancel the automatic renewal. Do this before the period ends; Typeform says it will otherwise bill the then-current fee again.
- Decide whether to close the account. Section 6 lets you terminate the account at any time, but Typeform warns this may cause data loss.
- Check the next statement. Confirm there is no new charge after the period ended.

Typeform says fees are non-refundable once you have paid.
The Payment Terms say that, subject to applicable law, fees are non-refundable and that Typeform will not refund or credit a subscription cancelled before the end of its period. The Service Terms add that billing disputes must start within 30 days of purchase. The saving is in turning off renewal before the next charge.

When the period ends, Typeform’s terms move the account to the free Basic subscription, so features that need a paid plan stop. If you terminate the whole account instead, you lose access to the Services and content that account holders have, and Typeform warns this may result in data loss.
Typeform says it is not obliged to keep copies of your forms or respondent data. Export responses you need before the period ends.
