Klaviyo?

To cancel Klaviyo, open the account menu, select Billing, click Cancel plan on the Overview tab, choose the plans to cancel or Cancel all plans, give a reason, then pick when it ends. Klaviyo’s help article, updated October 22, 2026, recommends the end of your billing cycle, and says an immediate cancellation gets no refund for the rest of the cycle. Canceling all plans leaves the account accessible but turns off sending, sign-up forms and integrations; closing the account is separate and starts permanent data deletion. Klaviyo’s terms say monthly accounts give at least 5 days’ notice of non-renewal, and other billing cycles 30 days, and that all fees are non-refundable.

Open Billing, click Cancel plan, and choose when it ends.
Klaviyo’s help article gives one self-serve route for accounts that are not manually billed and have no contract longer than one month. Steps below follow its order.
- Open the account menu and select Billing. Sign in as an Owner or Admin.
- On the Overview tab, click Cancel plan. Select the plan or plans to cancel. To cancel the account, select Cancel all plans.
- Click Continue, then pick a reason and click Continue. Klaviyo asks for a reason from a dropdown.
- Choose when the plan ends. At the end of my billing cycle is the one Klaviyo recommends, and campaigns and flows keep sending until the last day shown. Immediately ends the plan at once, and Klaviyo will not refund the remainder of the cycle.
- Enter the account name to confirm and click Cancel plan. Then review the confirmation and click Exit. After an immediate cancellation, use the export options for your data.
- To remove access and start deletion, use Close and delete account instead. On an active paid plan, choose Close and delete account after Cancel plan. Klaviyo says closing starts permanent data deletion.

Sending, forms and integrations stop, and closing the account starts deletion.
Klaviyo’s article says canceling an email or SMS plan turns off live flow messages in that channel and cancels scheduled campaigns. If you cancel every plan, sending and sign-up forms stop and integrations are disabled when the cancellation takes effect.
Canceling does not guarantee permanent data retention, so export what you need. You can reactivate as a free account later and reach retained data, but only within a free plan’s limits. Closing the account removes access and starts permanent deletion, so do that last.
