Pipedrive?
Pipedrive lets an account admin cancel from the Billing tab, keeps the account open until the end of the term you paid for, and refunds nothing. Huck finds your Pipedrive invoices in Gmail, texts you the renewal date and starts the cancellation when you say yes.

To cancel Pipedrive, go to the Billing tab in your account and select Cancel my subscription before your Renewal Date. Pipedrive’s Terms of Service say the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly or annual term, that all fees are non-refundable, and that cancelling never produces a refund of fees already paid. Pipedrive’s help center says you keep your data and account until the end of the billing cycle, then lose access, and that canceled accounts are permanently deleted after six months. Only a user with account settings access can cancel. Export your data first.

Cancel from the Billing tab before the Renewal Date.
Pipedrive’s terms say that to reduce seats, change plans or cancel, you must do it before the Renewal Date, and that the cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current term. Section 13.1 lists the ways to end the agreement: the cancellation link in the product, revoking the PayPal billing agreement if you pay by PayPal, or the route agreed with a reseller if you bought through one.
- Find the Renewal Date. Check your latest Pipedrive invoice or the Billing tab.
- Export your data. Pipedrive’s help center links to its export guide and suggests doing this before closing the account.
- Open the Billing tab. Choose Cancel my subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Pick a reason and continue. Select a reason for leaving, then Continue to cancel. The next screen offers a chat with Pipedrive; choose I’m not interested, continue to cancel to skip it.
- Finish the questionnaire. Fill it in, tick the box confirming you will lose access to your data, then select Cancel my plan. The button stays disabled until the box is ticked.
- Look for the confirmation email. Pipedrive says to contact support if it does not arrive.

Pipedrive says cancelling never produces a refund.
Section 6.1 says all fees are non-refundable and that there are no refunds or credits for periods you did not use. Section 6.2 repeats that no cancellation results in a refund of fees paid. So the saving is in timing: cancel before the Renewal Date and the next term is not charged.

Pipedrive says that after the billing cycle ends you cannot reach the account, and its help center says to export your data first. It also says that if you want to reopen the account before it is permanently deleted, you can import your data back.
Canceled accounts are permanently deleted after six months, which the help center ties to GDPR and to section 13.3 of the terms. Anything that syncs email, calendars or marketing tools through Pipedrive stops with the account.
